Bulletproof focuses on both physical health and mental health using progressive technology such as cryotherapy, infrared therapy, cold HIIT therapy, oxygen HIIT training, atmospheric cell training, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequencies), and resistance training in the form of a badass muscle builder called “the cheat machine,” which provides a week’s worth of a workout in 20 minutes!
When I embarked on my biohacking journey I had no idea if this stuff worked or if I would see any results at all in just one month. I continued my normal routine of kickboxing three times per week, yoga 3-4 times per week, and super clean eating with minimal sugar intake. We added in three days of biohacking each week, which included two days of more intense training and one day of full recovery.
Because I have done several videos on my channel about enhancing cognitive performance, including neurofeedback, medicinal mushrooms, and nootropics using Alpha Brain… I wanted to see if I could use biohacking to focus on a physical transformation.
I could not believe the results at the end of the 30-day biohacking fitness challenge!
