Spirulina for example is loaded with over 40 vitamins and minerals. It has one of the highest sources a protein and is extremely low calorie, so that people on a keto diet can still eat it and remain in ketosis. It also has a ton of B Vitamins, which is great for energy production and is why many endurance athletes are a fan of Catharine’s Energybits. Chlorella on the other hand is great for recovery and removing toxins such as mercury, lead, and other toxins from the body.
